TapBee Terms

Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

Welcome to TapBee. These Terms explain the basic rules for using TapBee. We kept them short on purpose, but they still apply when you create an account, publish a profile, or use the service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using TapBee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create a TapBee account and use the service.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, profile content, links, and any activity under your account. Keep your login details secure, keep your account information accurate, and only publish content you have the right to share.

User Content Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you add to TapBee, including your profile text, images, and links. TapBee does not claim ownership of your content.

Limited License to TapBee

By adding content to TapBee, you give us a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to run, improve, and provide the service. For example, we need this permission to show your public profile and links to visitors.

Acceptable Use

Please do not use TapBee for illegal activity, spam, phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, illegal or exploitative sexual content, copyright infringement, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or anything that harms users, visitors, TapBee, or the broader internet.

To report suspected copyright infringement, trademark misuse, or another intellectual property concern, email support@tapbee.io with enough information for us to review the issue.

Third-Party Links

Users choose and control the external destinations they publish. TapBee does not necessarily control or endorse those sites or services, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Visitors should decide for themselves whether to interact with an external destination.

Service Changes

Features may change, improve, become unavailable, or be removed as we improve the service.

Service Availability

We aim to keep TapBee fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Backups

Please keep your own backups of any important profile content, images, links, or data. TapBee is not a backup service.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, profiles, links, or content that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, harm other people, or interfere with TapBee. Suspension or termination may prevent access to an account and may make its profile or content unavailable. It does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all information; retention is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

TapBee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapBee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for data loss, downtime, lost profits, or service interruptions related to your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as TapBee evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of TapBee after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Username and Profile URL Policy

Usernames and profile URLs are provided on a first-available basis and are subject to availability. Registering or using a username does not grant ownership, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights in that username.

TapBee reserves the right to review, suspend, rename, reclaim, or reassign usernames or profile URLs when reasonably necessary, including to address impersonation, fraud, trademark or intellectual property claims, verified claims from the individual, business, or organization commonly associated with a name, username squatting, inactivity where permitted by applicable law, or compliance with legal obligations.

We may request reasonable documentation before acting on a username dispute. Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to choose a new username before making a change. However, TapBee is not obligated to provide advance notice before restricting, renaming, reclaiming, or reassigning a username when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or impersonation, comply with legal obligations, or maintain the integrity of the TapBee platform.
